Description

Product Overview

A chilled display wall for stores that sell drinks straight off the shelf. The cabinet is built as three full-height glass doors side by side, so a shopper walking the aisle sees one continuous run of labels instead of a row of separate coolers pushed together. Behind the glass, adjustable shelves carry bottled water, carbonated soft drinks, energy drinks, juices, milk and packaged chilled foods — the lines a supermarket, forecourt shop or convenience store turns over every day.

This 3 glass door commercial refrigerator is loaded from the front and shopped from the front. Staff open a door, slide in a case, close it, and the cabinet carries on: the fan cooling system pulls the temperature back down after each opening, defrosting runs on its own cycle, and nothing needs to be switched on or off between shifts. The controller sits at the front, so a supervisor can read the cabinet without opening a door.

It suits a supermarket beverage aisle, a forecourt shop, a drinks-focused convenience store, or a café that sells bottled drinks alongside food. Where a store currently uses three single-door coolers pushed together, this cabinet gives the same run a cleaner face, one controller and one defrost system to look after — and a much stronger block of colour and label on the sales floor.

Key Features

  • Fan cooling with automatic defrost. Cold air is circulated through the cabinet instead of settling, so the top shelf holds the same working temperature as the bottom, and the defrost cycle runs without staff having to intervene.
  • Triple-layer glass doors with heating. Integrated heating keeps the panes clear when the store is warm or the doors are opening constantly, and the PVC frame insulates the door edge where cold meets warm air.
  • Digital temperature control. The set point is adjusted from a digital controller and read at a glance, which means a shift supervisor can check the cabinet between other jobs without opening a door.
  • Vertical LED lighting. Full-height light strips brighten every shelf level and lift label visibility in a dim aisle, without adding heat inside the chilled zone.
  • Adjustable PVC shelves with price-tag strips. Shelf spacing is reset shelf by shelf for tall bottles, litre cartons or squat multipacks, and the tag strip on each front edge keeps the price with the product.
  • Painted steel cabinet, inside and out. Pre-painted steel on interior and exterior surfaces wipes clean and stands up to the scuffs that come with daily crate and trolley traffic.
  • Built for the shop floor. Full-height glass and a clean vertical face make this a beverage display fridge for front-of-house display areas rather than a stockroom cabinet — customers read the labels without opening a door.

Merchandising by Store Format

  • Supermarket beverage aisle. A 3 glass door commercial refrigerator reads as one continuous wall from the aisle. Give water its own door, soft drinks and energy drinks the next, juices and dairy the third, and shoppers find their category without reading every label.
  • Forecourt and convenience store. Put the fastest-moving bottles at eye level behind the middle door, where a customer walking in from the pumps sees them first, and keep multipacks and larger formats on the lower shelves.
  • Drinks shop or beverage specialist. Three doors let you separate by brand or by type — ready-to-drink on the outside, juice and dairy in the middle — without mixing categories on the same shelf run.
  • Café and foodservice counter. Bottled water, soft drinks and packaged chilled food can share the cabinet, and the price-tag strips keep the selling price visible for counter staff who are serving at the same time.
  • Promotions and seasonal resets. Each door is its own zone, so a promotion can take over one door without disturbing the rest of the wall: reset the shelves, add a shelf talker and let the other two doors keep trading as normal.
  • Restocking routine. Front-load from the case, push older stock forward, and work door by door so a full wall is refilled without a stock cage blocking the aisle.
  • Multi-site rollouts. Groups and distributors buying a commercial drink cooler wholesale for several stores get the same door layout and shelving arrangement across the batch, which keeps the display identical from site to site.

Placement & Store Fit

  1. Measure the run before anything else — width, depth and height — and check that each hinged door has space to swing open in front of the glass.
  2. Walk the delivery route — door widths, lift dimensions, corridor turns and any step between the loading bay and the sales floor — so the cabinet arrives where it is needed rather than being left at the back.
  3. Leave the bottom ventilation grille unobstructed and keep a gap between the cabinet back and the wall, so the condenser can reject heat and the cabinet is not fighting a pocket of warm air.
  4. Position the cabinet, then lock the braked casters so it stays put every time a customer pulls a door open.
  5. If the unit has travelled lying down, stand it upright and let it settle before switching on; confirm the standing time with our team when the delivery is booked.
  6. Switch on, set the controller and let the cabinet pull down to temperature before any stock goes in.
  7. Check that every door closes squarely against the frame and that no shelf is fouling the door seal before handing the cabinet over to the store team.

Build, Cleaning & Care

Because the cabinet is a beverage display fridge for commercial use, it is wiped over far more often than a stockroom unit. A short daily routine keeps the glass and shelf edges presentable and stops a sticky spill turning into an afternoon of cleaning.

Day to day, switch the lighting off, wipe the glass with a glass cleaner and a soft cloth, and wipe the shelf edges and door frames with a damp cloth. Once a week, lift the shelves out, wash them in warm soapy water, dry them fully and reset the spacing. The pre-painted steel needs very little: mild detergent and a soft cloth are enough, while abrasive pads and strong chlorinated cleaners will dull the finish over time.

Keep the condensate path clear. Defrost water drains to the tray underneath and evaporates there, so check the tray and the channel above it during the weekly clean rather than waiting for a puddle on the floor. Do not stack product against the rear air path inside the cabinet — the fan cooling system needs that return path to keep all three doors at the same temperature. Wipe the door gaskets and the frame rebate weekly so the doors keep sealing properly, and check that nothing on the shelves is holding a door slightly open.

Ordering & Delivery

  1. Confirm the size against your run: check the width, depth and door swing of the three-door cabinet, and step to a two- or four-door model if the aisle or the wall dictates something different.
  2. Confirm the electrical supply and door specification for the destination market with your sales contact before the order is scheduled, so the cabinet is built to suit the store rather than the showroom.
  3. Plan the quantity. The glass door cooler and merchandiser line ships at a minimum of one container, and groups sourcing a commercial drink cooler wholesale for a chain rollout can mix two or three sizes in the same container plan.
  4. Ask for the current specification sheet and dimension drawing for your fit-out file — we send them with the quotation so contractors, electricians and store planners all work from the same numbers.
  5. Agree packing, shipping terms and the delivery window with your sales contact; export packing and container loading are confirmed per order rather than assumed from the catalogue.
  6. Every order carries after-sales support and warranty cover — ask your sales contact for the terms that apply in your market, and keep the unit details with the store's equipment file for future reference.

FAQ

Is this cabinet a chiller or a freezer?

It is a chiller. The cabinet holds a chilled band that suits bottled water, soft drinks, energy drinks, juices, dairy and packaged chilled food, and it will not freeze product. Frozen drinks, ice cream or frozen food need a glass door freezer from the same range — the cabinets look similar on the shop floor but are set for a different duty, so check the model before you specify.

Will the glass doors fog up during a busy day?

The doors are built from triple-layer glass with integrated heating, which keeps the panes clear when the store is warm or the doors are opening constantly, and the PVC frame insulates the door edge. Keep doors closed between customers rather than propped open, and clean the glass with a glass cleaner and soft cloth once it has cooled down.

Can I change the shelf spacing for tall bottles?

Yes. The shelves are adjustable PVC with a price-tag strip along the front edge, so spacing is set shelf by shelf — tall bottles in one door, squat multipacks in another. When you reset them, make sure no shelf sits proud of the door frame and that the airflow behind the shelves is not blocked by cartons.

Where does the defrost water go?

Defrost water drains into a tray under the cabinet and evaporates there, so there is no bucket to empty between shifts. Check the tray and the channel above it during the weekly clean, especially in a dusty location, so the water keeps draining away freely.

Can it hold dairy and packaged food as well as drinks?

Yes — dairy, juices, packaged chilled food and desserts sit comfortably alongside bottled drinks, which is why three doors are useful: one door can run as the dairy and food zone while the other two stay on beverages. Keep raw meat and fish in a dedicated meat cabinet, where the construction, shelving and hygiene routine are designed for that job.
