Made with stainless steel inside and outside, the cabinet maintains hygiene and durability. Each door includes five stainless steel shelves with trays, allowing clean and organized storage during the aging process.
With a digital controller and humidity control, the unit keeps the temperature, airflow, and humidity at ideal levels to bring out the rich flavor and tender texture of dry-aged beef.
The Beef Dry Ager features fan cooling with auto defrost, a heated glass door, self-closing function, LED lighting, and self-evaporation of condensation water.
Powered by a SECOP compressor, copper tube condenser & evaporator, and R290 refrigerant, it delivers efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly refrigeration.
